Geek Instructor agrees to provide services as described in the agreed proposal or contract. Deliverables will be completed as per the project timeline outlined in the agreement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
A 100% upfront payment is required before commencing any project. Payments must be made via approved payment methods, including bank transfer, PayPal, or other specified options. Late payments may result in project delays. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please read our refund policy here.
The client must provide necessary materials, such as logos, content, and access credentials, required for project completion. Delays in providing these materials may affect project timelines. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving work at various stages.
Geek Instructor provides a fixed number of revisions as per the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Major changes to the project scope after agreement may require a separate quotation.
Upon full payment, the client will own the final website or digital assets unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Geek Instructor reserves the right to display the completed work in its portfolio. Any third-party assets used in the project, such as fonts, stock images, or plugins, remain under their respective licenses.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties. Geek Instructor will not share any sensitive client data without prior permission.
Geek Instructor is not responsible for any damages, loss of business, or technical issues arising from third-party integrations, hosting providers, or software failures. We provide support for bug fixes within the warranty period outlined in the agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client terminates before project completion, the upfront payment is non-refundable if the project has been started. If Geek Instructor cancels the project, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place under the jurisdiction of [Insert Jurisdiction].
