If delays occur due to client-side issues such as lack of communication, incomplete information, or failure to provide necessary resources.
If services have been fully rendered as per the agreed scope of work.
For third-party expenses, including domain registration, hosting, paid tools, or advertising budgets.
For digital marketing campaigns once the ads have been launched or services have been used.

Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.
If a project is canceled before work has started, a full refund may be issued.
If a project is canceled after partial work completion, no refunds will be provided.
Also, it won’t be possible to provide a refund if the project is fully completed and delivered.
Instead of a refund, we may offer revisions or alternative solutions to address any concerns.
